My name is Ryan Carr. I have been an amateur photographer for some years now, starting with a Canon Powershot in the early "Naughties" and then moving to a EOS-350D. Someone was very thoughtful and decided to steal this from me and as a result I now shoot with a 400D instead. I may also post some photos taken with a Canon Ixus or perhaps even the trusty mobile phone.
Why Project 365 ...
I know that one-photo-per-day websites are plentiful and as such, I have no expectation that my site will be any better or worse than many of the others out there. The real reason for undertaking this project is purely for personal satisfaction and development. With any luck, at the end of 2010 I can reflect on the year that was and see the path that I have travelled. Hopefully my skills as a photographer will improve as well.
